Had a good experience working with Honda service. Scheduled a time to bring in our vehicle and the problem was diagnosed and resolved before lunch.

Ronnie is one i call upon when im having issues with my truck. He has always been up front with me , about when or how long it will take them to get to my truck. That is why I moved from plainview dealership to frank brown. This is the second time I have used frank brown. Both time have been outstanding. Thanks Ronnie

Quick friendly service

The service advisor met me when I pulled in and was very cordial. I told him what I came in for and he confirmed my appointment. I told I was going to sit for the maintenance to be done. And it was completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the service and advisor.

Walked in for oil change and tire rotation. They jumped right on it and were done in less than 45 minutes. Can't ask for more than that.

This dealership always seems so tired dirty and in desperate need of a remodel, I dropped my Honda off for repair and went into the cashier office and stood in front of this old man for 2 minutes before I realized myself how to request a ride. We take my wife’s car to Gene messer Toyota and get a much better experience.

Service was good. My only issue is that I called two-weeks before taking my truck in to explain the items I needed to have worked on because I live 2.5 hours away. I informed the individual I spoke to on the phone that 3 of the items were recall items and I provided the detail for each. Service was good. My only issue is that I called two-weeks before taking my truck in to explain the items I needed to have worked on because I live 2.5 hours away. I informed the individual I spoke to on the phone that 3 of the items were recall items and I provided the detail for each. Unfortunately, I was told "after" my truck was worked on that the parking assist part needed to be ordered and I would have to go back. I would have preferred to have been told when I called two-weeks prior to taking my truck in that the part needed to be ordered so I wouldn't have to go back. I would have gone when the part was confirmed to be available at the dealership. I would suggest training whoever takes these calls in the service department to check to make sure your dealership has the parts before telling customers everything can be taken care of.

Frank brown does great work and at affordable prices. I would go anywhere else for my cars maintenance.

10/10 every time! Frank Brown Honda Service is incredible. I recommend them even to non-Honda owners. The folks that work there are trustworthy, kind, and helpful. I always feel welcomed every time I come here. I trust my car with them 100% They don't try and oversell you and give it to you straight. Also, they give you the option to wait or you can take a shuttle back to work or wherever you need to go! I can't thank them enough for their service!

My old CR-V had trouble in Post while I was heading home to Dallas on a Sunday. I got towed to this dealership, found a rental car in Lubbock, and drove home. I talked to Paul the next day. He set my expectations and said he would try hard to work me into their busy schedule. That evening he called to say they’d diagnosed the problem, and the next morning the problem was fixed along with additional tests to verify the engine was in good shape. I was thoroughly impressed. If this dealership treats out-of-town customers like me this well, I’m sure they do a superb job with their regulars.

The guys in service are awesome! Brought my Del Sol in for what I thought was a simple problem, and they found plenty more to fix. They were honest about everything and gave me prices before they got to work. Will be back in the future!

Had my 2023 gmc yukon xl denali ultimate oil changed and the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The cost was fair. Only issue was the wait, one hour and 45 minutes.

I had a recall on my Honda Civic it was done in 2 hours the only complaint is that they forgot to calibrate it on the dashboard. But besides that they were friendly and very nice.

Kienan was very knowledgeable and not the typical salesman. Id buy a vehicle over and over from him in the future. Was very pleased with the whole frank brown experience, ive heard negative reviews from friends but gave it a shot. The biggest factor is they were willing to negotiate and be competitive.

I’ve used Frank Brown Honda for almost all oil changes since purchasing my civic from them in 2018. They’re always really courteous and relatively quick (if I go first thing in the morning). Paul and Terry are usually working when I go and they’ve always been great. My car is running great, thanks to them.

Good People Recommend the place

We bought a used 2023 GMC Yukon AT4 and paid almost $74,000 out the door. During the test drive we didn’t notice that the steering wheel was not straight. However, we DID notice it once we drove it regularly. We let Frank Brown know of this (I think it was the 2nd day). They told us to bring it in and they would fix it…… for $120!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! We were flabbergasted!! You’re charging us?!?! Up to that point we had had a great experience! That soured it a little….. To be honest!

This is the best GM service center in Lubbock.

Excellent service! Ronnie kept me updated through the whole process and the tech did an excellent job on troubleshooting and keeping the truck until satisfied that job was well done.

Had my car serviced oil changed , rotated tires, 12 point ck. Everything went smooth. I appreciate the staff., especially Dean, and the person that is in the lobby area, behind the counter, he is very kind and excellent customer service.
